In-N-Out Burger location in Hillsboro opens Thursday

HILLSBORO Ore. (KPTV) - In-N-Out Burger opened its newest Oregon restaurant on Thursday.

The restaurant, located at 2498 NE Town Center Drive in Hillsboro, will started serving its famous burgers, fries and and shakes to customers June 18. The new location will employ about 118 associates and has plans to continue hiring in the coming months. Starting pay is $18.75 and hour, according to the company.

The Hillsboro location includes one drive-thru lane, indoor seating for 84 and a covered outdoor patio with seating for an additional 62 guests.

All In-N-Out locations are open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. with extended hours until 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Hillsboro location is the fifth Oregon location of the California-based restaurant. The other locations are in Medford, Grants Pass, Roseburg and Keizer.

City officials in Hillsboro say they have worked closely with In-N-Out Burger to prepare for the highly anticipated opening, by implementing a traffic management plan designed to handle the anticipated surge of customers.
